Purchases, subscriptions and payments
I. Payment for products and services listed on our website can be made by credit card. Your account for payment will be charged upon receipt of your order using the Stripe platform.
II. You must provide a valid email address when you place your order. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by e-mail. A contract between you as the customer and us is only deemed to come into effect when you make an order and when it is accepted by us via email confirmation. You will receive the order confirmation within a reasonable time after making the order.
III. You authorise us to arrange withdrawal of funds, from the credit card you supplied at point of purchase without further reference to you.
IV. If for any reason your payment fails you will be notified by email. We will not be held responsible for any banking charges incurred.
V. When you buy a subscription from us, you pay in advance to receive either 1, 3 or 6 of our monthly deliveries. You may not cancel deliveries that have already been paid for, other than as detailed below under ‘cancellation’.
VI. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless they are selected as a gift subscription. If your subscription is due to auto-renew you will receive an email notification in advance. We may also send an email asking if you would like to renew your subscription.
VII. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We will provide full reimbursement of any remaining balance should we decide to do this.
VIII. All products and services listed on our website, their descriptions and their prices, are each subject to change and we reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product or service with or without notice.
Promotional codes and discounts
I. Promotional codes and discounts apply only to the price of the subscription or product, and not to any additional shipping fees that may apply.
II. Our promotional codes and discounts hold no monetary value.
Shipping and delivery
I. We offer free shipping to Germany for our products and a small additional shipping charge applies to other destinations, as detailed on our website.
II. We reserve the right to amend our shipping charges at any time.
III. Packages that are part of any of our subscriptions are shipped in the middle of the calendar month, unless we receive an instruction for a later delivery date. Subscriptions purchased after 5thof the calendar month will not receive their first package until the following calendar month.
IV. We do not receive proof of delivery. Therefore it is your responsibility to report missing items to email@example.com
V. We will deliver to the address that you provided at the time of your purchase, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this address and other information is accurate and complete. You must inform us immediately of any errors.
VI. If it is not accurate, we will not be liable for the cost of delivering any replacements. If you need to update your delivery address it is your responsibility to do so in good time. You can do this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VII. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions that you provided.
I. You have the legal right to cancel a subscription purchased on our website within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your first delivery. To exercise your right to cancel on this basis please email us at email@example.com.
II. To receive a refund on this basis you need to return the product(s) purchased to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We will issue a refund in the form of a credit to the credit card used for your original purchase within 21 days of receiving the returned items.
III. If you wish to return an item on this basis you will need to cover the cost of postage. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost goods.
Service and general terms
I. Sometimes service or products can be impacted by circumstances that are outside of our control. If you are not wholly satisfied please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
II. If your goods are damaged or lost while in transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt of said goods. We will remedy this within 21 days at our own cost.
III. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
IV. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
V. The use of this website or our products for anything other than personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
